Your Child's Sleep, Finally Undersood
We are Brittany and Robyn - certified pediatric sleep consultants specializing in children with autism, ADHD and sensory needs.
With over a decade of experience in developmental therapy, early intervention and nursing, we don't take a one-size-fits all approach to sleep.
We look at the full picture including regulation, sensory needs, nutrition, and underlying factors that impact sleep.
As moms of special needs children, we understand first hand how exhausting and isolating sleep struggles feel.
Our goal is simple: to help your child sleep in a way that is supportive, realistic, and actually works long-term.
"I found sleep consulting support through a google search, and it was the first time I came across information that truly addressed the specific sleep issues my son was having. He would go through cycles where he struggled to fall asleep without melatonin, wake up for 2+ hours during the night, and/or wake up very early in the morning. After years of this, I knew he wasn’t going to "outgrow" it, and Robyn was incredibly helpful. She worked with me to create a plan that included a bedtime routine but also took into account his daytime sensory input. Robyn is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with supplements, including getting my son off melatonin. She worked with me until we were both satisfied with how my son was sleeping. She was always sweet, kind, and patient with all my questions and concerns.

My daughter was 3 and a half when we knew we could not go on like this, and that we needed professional help. Traditional sleep training was never for us. We had tried everything. My child was waking up 6-8 times, with crying and tantrums. She struggled to soothe herself back to sleep. Our household was not getting quality sleep at all, and sleeping through was a far off pipe dream! This program was so much more than just sleep training. Brittany helped us with a tailored program for my child, supplement suggestions, diet suggestions, social stories, daily support, weekly catch up calls, and more. The knowledge and resources blew me away honestly. She was so invested to help, and it is definitely worth the money!!! We are all getting more quality sleep. Thank you Brittany, you were our life saver!
