Sleep training involves custom guidance to address sleep challenges in children. We will discuss your top 3 goals and design a plan to help meet those goals. We aim to sleep train without, "cry it out" using a more gentle approach so that we can elivate bedtime anxiety and escalations.
Every family is unique, and so are their sleep dynamics. Our approach is highly personal. We take into consideration your child's temperament, your parenting style, your family's lifestyle and your child's diagnosis to create a plan that fits seamlessly into your routine.
Absolutely. Our expertise covers various sleep challenges, including night waking, bedtime struggles, sleep props, long wake ups, trouble falling asleep and early morning wake ups. We will work closely with you to identify the root causes and implement effective solutions.
We recommend reaching out if you're facing sleep difficulties with your child, regardless of age. From toddlers to young adults, we can provide tailored strategies to address a wide range of sleep concerns.We help support ages 18 months - 18 years old. Yes! We understand that investing in your child's sleep is an important decision, and we want to make it as accessible as possible. Please send us a message to find out about our different payment plan options. Please, do not let the pricetag hold you back in booking a call with us!
We work with a wide range of diagnosis. Please reach out to us or book a discovery call, so that we can learn more about your child's specific needs. Your child does not have to be formally diagnosed to work with us. We also work with neurotypical children and families who are looking for a more gradual approach.
We have worked with children all over the world including: USA, Canada, Australia, Cayman Islands and United Kingdom. We can convert payments to your preferred currency with an additional transaction fee.
Unfortunately, insurance does not currently cover sleep training. We do accept credit, debit and HSA. If you need a payment plan, please message us to discuss options.
