Terms & Conditions All-Inclusive Sleep Support

Before we start

We are looking forward to helping you and your family getting more and better sleep. In these terms & conditions, there are some agreements that we would like to make with you before we start our collaboration. Don't be alarmed, it's not complicated, and we have tried to write it in plain language. Please take a moment to read through this document, and if you agree with everything, we can get started!

The goal

Our goal is to help your child to have safe, stress-free, quality sleep (and to help you get more of that stress-free, quality sleep too!) Other goals could include having your child fall asleep and fall back to sleep independently, eliminating props, making wakeups shorter and less frequent and a regulating bedtime routine. You will set your goals based on your specific family needs at the beginning of this process. Your sleep plan will be based on these goals.

What we expect from you

Once your deposit is made, you will be asked to complete a sleep assessment on your child. Please fill this out in depth and send it back to us within 4 days of your planned consultation date. During our time together, provide accurate information about your child's sleep habits, complete the required sleep log and actively participate in the process with consistency.

What you can expect from us

We will be here as your partner, coach and cheerleader. If signing on for the full plan, then you have unlimited email support. If you are singing on for the mini plan, then you will have 2 weeks of email support starting from the day you start implementing the recommendations. We will respond to you as soon as possible, but always within 12 hours during weekdays, and 24 hours during weekends.

Communication Channels:

During the consultation period, communication will primarily occur through email support and via the sleep log. Please feel free to reach out with your questions and concerns via email. If there are specific instances where texting is preferred, please let your sleep consultant know. For families outside of the USA, we will use WHATSAPP for text communication. For the full plan, you will have weekly follow up meetings with your sleep consultant. It is important to be on time for these meetings and keep your scheduled time, as our calendar does fill up quickly.

Extension of Services:

Should you wish to extend the consulting services after your child has been discharged or if you wish to roll your mini plan into a full plan, please contact us to discuss the options available. Additional fees may apply for extended support, and the terms for the extension will be mutually agreed upon before proceeding with any additional services.

Confidentiality

Your personal information and consultation details will be kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

Payments & Refund

We will start working on the sleep plan after the sleep assessment is complete. The remainder payment is due before our planned consultation date. If the remainder balance is not paid, then the sleep plan will not be sent to you and consultation will need to be rescheduled. Please note that once the payment for the sleep plan is made, the payment is non-refundable.

Limitations

While we will offer professional sleep advice, it is important to understand that we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. It's essential to acknowledge that individual results may vary.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please be aware that if you are not being consistent with weekly checkins, filling out the sleep log or if we do not hear from you for 2 weeks, then we will need to discharge your child from the program. Consistentcy with the plan is the only way to see results. Your sleep consultant will reach out to you 3 times before discharging from the program. If we reach out to you, you respond but then disappear again, we will discharge your child from the program without waiting another 2 weeks. We have a lot of families waiting to sign on with the program. We understand things happen! If you have any reasons for not being in contact such as illeness, hospital stays, vacations etc. then please communicte with your sleep consultant so that this time does not count against you.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of all materials, resources, and tools provided as part of the sleep consulting program remains with SleepAbility Consulting. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or distributing the sleep plan or any associated materials to third parties without the prior written consent of me. The sleep plan is tailored to your specific child and their needs and should not be used for other children unless specified by your sleep consultant.

Disclaimer

This is not medical advice. I recommend you discuss this plan with your Pediatrician. And if you have medical questions regarding your child, always contact your Pediatrician right away. If your child is suspected to have a true medical condition during sleep training then your sleep consultant will temporarily end services and refer you to a medical professional. Once the medical condition is taken care of, you can return back to sleep training with no additional fees.

Indemnification

You agree to hold SleepAbility harmless and indemnify us from any liability that may arise from your participation in the sleep consulting program.

Governing law

The terms and conditions of this sleep consulting program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
